Yeah, yeah... The DTH Gals are still preoccupied with stupid life stuff, and something had to give, and it was this unpaid hobby of theirs that fell off the to-do list. But they'll be back next week with an all-new episode, and they'll be fresher for it. So, sit back and relive the baby podcasters' fourth episode release. We think it's worth a re-listen!
In this encore of Episode 3, around a lot of laughing, Brea's and Cara's browsing exploits take them to Mt. Rushmore, Scotland, and as far as they can get from whatever that is on Cara's pillow. Also, Cara sets the record straight about her toilet sitting, and Brea learns just about all there is to know about whistle pigs, except for how much wood a whistle pig could chuck if it weren't so busy climbing trees. Both reveal some big purchases they made and discuss a world where feet and bread become one. All that and so much more this week on Delete This History!

This week, Brea and Cara discuss the origin of Father's Day, verbal tics that have actual names, and freak fish. Plus, a burning question from last week's episode gets an answer, and Phoebe Buffay's grandmother's "secret" chocolate chip cookie recipe gets some historical context. Bring your jaw harp for a jam session, because Delete This History is going to be music for your ears.
This week the DTH gals' topics are all over the board. From Charles Dickens to Conway Twitty; from delicate Herend figurines to rat kings and a whole lot in between. As always, laughs and sillyness are promised! Join Brea and Cara for another week of random searches and learning.
Brea's List:
Cara's List
In this week's episode, Brea presents as one hungry gal and lots of foods (good and bad) happen to be the topics of conversation making Brea's hunger pangs (and hanger) worse. Cara reveals which household appliance she still uses in 2024 and Brea tries to discover what is really going on at "teatime." The gals plan a trip to see a fern bar and a jaw-dropping meat display in Kansas City and Cara sings the praises of Awkwafina. Join the gals for another week of interesting internet search histories and a few laughs, too.
Brea and Cara are back for a whole new episode where Brea calls out Thomas Edison as a fraud and Cara insults the Jewish community by continually mispronouncing Kibbutz and then translates some Austrailian expressions for the DTH Besties. There's a deep discussion about Gen Z's generalized attributes and both girls each give props to TV shows they are currently enjoying. As the girls run out of "studio time" Brea does her best impersonation of the Micro Machine Man during the "What About This One" segment. You're sure to be entertained or offended during this episode so join the gals for Episode 31 of Delete This History!
Think back to August 2023. It was hot in the Midwest U.S. Really hot. The DTH Gals were just figuring out how to do this podcasting thing, but they were having a blast doing it. Brea's world changed when she found out there was a person who liked to dress up and play the part of a collie, so she had to rock Cara's world with this information, as well. Pictures were shared. Minds were blown. Laughs were had. Take this trip back in time with us to experience it all over again.
We're all about the wildlife and words on this episode of Delete This History! Brea and Cara even have a super-catchy song to underscore the theme. Still aren't convinced to listen? Well, what about typewriter history? Or medical info about papercuts? If none of that piques your curiosity, you're a lost cause, deserving of opprobrium? Ha! Don't know what that is? Then you have to listen! We knew we'd get ya eventually.
In this week's DTH episode, Brea and Cara's one-brain has decided that the eyes are the windows to not just the soul, but they're key to all knowledge--or so their searches would suggest. They also discuss their favorite guilty movie pleasures and give very important advice to owners of homes with thatched roofs. Plus, they revisit a topic to clear up a few myths and explore new, random topics chosen for them by bots. And most importantly, they tell you about one farm supply that might change your life... or at least save you some money. All this and more in a gummy-free but very silly edition of Delete this History.
