With expertise in performance art, clowning, circus arts, digital production, Therapeutic Humor, improvisation, laughter, and yoga, she fosters joy through workshops and presentations worldwide. A graduate of the East Side Institute International Class and the Humor Academy next year with the Association of Applied and Therapeutic Humor, Katy combines humor and improvisation to create transformative experiences. As a certified laughter yoga leader and registered yoga teacher, she infuses her work with positivity. Through Joy First, Katy's mission is to spread joy to all living beings, offering playful workshops online and in person.
