Episode #23 of Delicious City Philly is dedicated to Chef Jim Burke, an inspiration to everyone he crossed paths with and a dear friend to so many people in the restaurant community. Special guest, Chef Nick Elmi is at the forefront of the month-long fundraiser in Jim's honor happening across the city.
