Is there ever a time when taking the easy road is actually the better option?
Everyone wants to make wise decisions, so most of the time we tend to choose the harder route and expect things to turn out perfect.
It's easy to get caught up in trying to make the perfect choice, only for it to end up being a total flop! Well, I’m here today to tell you that the key to success is sometimes picking the lesser of two evils…or rather, choosing an easier option over a more difficult one — and it just might turn out better than you expected!
When we opt for simpler alternatives, it can open doors of opportunity that may have been previously overlooked. While this is easier said than done—especially when the world seems overrun with complex solutions and an ever-evolving landscape—it’s important to understand when a better way really is just a simple choice away.
That's what today’s episode of the podcast is about – making a conscious choice to no longer entertain the ways of being that get us caught in overwhelm, stress, or whatever emotion that is on a constant loop for you.

Has negative self-talk held you back from achieving your goals?
Negative self-talk is a dream killer. It’s easy to forget the power of our thoughts and words. Those negative thoughts telling us we aren’t good enough, that our dreams are unattainable.
And while it's natural to be hard on ourselves after experiencing failure or setbacks, when negative self-talk becomes a habit, it can have devastating consequences on our dreams and ambitions.
We often don't even notice these critical voices until they become so strong and pervasive that they become a subconscious train of thought and ingrained beliefs. But the truth is, while the voice of self-doubt may be a part of life, it doesn't have to dictate how far you go or keep you from achieving your goals.
It's time for us to start breaking the habit of negative self-talk that stops us from moving toward our dreams and living abundantly.
On today's podcast, I'm exploring how negative self-talk affects our motivation and ability to manifest our goals. I’ll also be sharing ways to shift that negative chatter for good so you can start living a life free from its stifling criticisms once and for all.
So if you're ready to reclaim control over yourself and unlock the potential within you waiting to be unleashed — tune in now!

If so, then conscious parenting could be just what your family needs!
Conscious parenting is a term that is being thrown around more and more, but what does it mean?
This parenting technique is all about creating an environment of understanding and communication between parents and children. It’s not just focused on providing structure or discipline; it also emphasizes building trust and producing meaningful conversations. Through consciously parenting our children, we are able to nurture creative thought processes while honoring each individual's personal values - leading us closer towards being a more sustainable society together.
In this episode, Robbin and I talk about:

Yep, my relationship with productivity is shifting and it feels SO good.
The definition of productivity is a measure of efficiency of a person completing a task.
I used to be a to-do list girl and I have a whole other episode about how I get the right things for me done, keeping momentum and being incredibly intentional with my priorities, but today I want to talk about a grossly underestimated part of getting the things we want.
It’s one of those things that is a stopping point, a bottleneck that we can’t actually get through without recognizing this 1 element.
It’s incredibly simple, but oh so tricky to really embrace sometimes.
But it’s so worth it - not only does it help us create what we want faster, it helps us have less detours to our dreams along the way.
In this episode, we’re talking about:

Last week I dove into getting the things we want and all about the energetic shift we need to make in order to be ready to welcome those things in.
But there are some other ways that we can increase the speed at which we actually get those things we've been dreaming of.
Today we're going to talk about a "flip the script" concept that is perfectly complimentary to that last episode and how to do it yourself.
In this episode, we’re talking about:

I really want these things and I see other people with them, so I know it's possible. But why hasn't it happened for me?
These are the questions many of us have asked ourselves (myself included), but what I've come to realize is, it's the wrong question to be asking..
In this episode, we’re going to talk about:
I would love for you to finish this episode with the mindset shift that's required to actually FINALLY attract those things you've had on your vision board or have been secretly thinking about for years.
And just a note - This is something that I've been learning over time and my personal experience with shifting my mindset is that it either just clicks or it's something you need to periodically remind yourself of when you catch yourself going back to old patterns of thinking.
And the latter has been my personal experience with this. I'm not perfect. I've got big dreams and desires and I do need to keep revisiting this concept. But if you know anything about neuroscience, you know that our brains are incredible and capable of forming new pathways that are primed for shifting into new beliefs, so let's dive in!

Or maybe you’ve had a burn-it-all-down moment. Where you fantasize about walking away from the life you’re living, either all of it or just a specific part of life that’s not feeling good and you feel like cutting the cord and taking a new direction might be just what you need?
I know I have.
And every time I’ve been in this space. Where my dreams feel far away or my current reality isn’t stacking up to what I want it to be, I’ve made it a personal practice to explore what’s possible and make a change.
It’s been something I’ve consciously done for years, but until recently - didn't really have a name for it. You’ve probably heard it around. If pivot was the word of 2020, I’m predicting this new contender will be the 2023 version.
What is it?
Reinvention.
It’s the phrase that perfectly describes what I’ve gone through a multitude of times and until recently, hadn’t seen the patterns of what I was doing over and over again.
In this episode, I’m going to share what I call a success pattern that each of us can follow to bring in the healing, transformation and change we want to see in our lives.
We’ll go over:
My goal is for you to walk away with clarity on this pattern and the guidance you need to implement it in your own life.
It’s the messy work that comes before stepping into that next version of yourself, but worth every minute.
The more we course correct and align more and more closely to what lights us up, the better we are at living this wild and precious life and the more we can show up to serve our families, communities and the world.
This episode is going to be a bit longer than my typical solo episodes, but I want to challenge you to do whatever you need to do in order to listen to the full thing. Put it on 3x speed or listen over a few smaller chunks.
If you action the advice I share with you in this episode, you will change your life. That I 100% promise.

If you've ever had a dream and went for it, chances are you know what I'm talking about.
It's messy business, going after what lights you up. It forces you to look your fears in the face, evolve your mindset and make a conscious decision to move forward, knees knocking the whole time.
And after years of creating that intentional choice time and time again for myself, I'm bringing the insight behind the action to you. And I'm so excited to be joined by a friend of mine who's mastered the same ability to move through the fear to the other side of what's possible.
