These words a friend shared with me 15 years ago.
And it broke my heart.
You see, we were talking about a career move that felt incredible to her. And it was in an area that lit her up… where she truly shined.
But it was scary, maybe too scary for that time in her life. And I watched that dream fade away.
And that potential career that lit her up? No one ever got to see her in action.
Have you ever wondered if you're spending time in the right career?
Maybe you're bored. Or you get those Sunday scaries. Or maybe you love your company, but just feel like there's a little something more out there in store for you.
After all, as we've evolved and changed, there's been an influx of new opportunities that just didn't exist before and it's easy to find yourself questioning what the right career path for you is.
Tricky and sometimes overwhelming, right?
But here’s the good news.
With today's special guest, Bhavisha Larson, we got a chance to dive into the key factors in understanding what an incredible career can look like and how to create that for yourself.
In this episode, we chat about what loving your career can look like, plus:
So if you’re in a stage of evaluation about what you're doing for work and what you might want to pursue, head to someplace quiet and listen to this episode!

Like everyone around you is swimming full speed and you’re just treading, barely keeping your face above the water?
Or they all have the secret to an amazing life that you somehow missed the memo on?
I was originally planning another episode today, but I had a feeling that I needed another message today. One of encouragement and hope.
We live in a crazy time, where we’re open but not authentic, social but not connected, and in it all - just trying our best to keep up.
In this episode, I want to send a little love and kindness your way. My hope for you today is to walk away with some inspiration and know that you aren’t alone. That you are valued, appreciated and cared about.

Why bother focusing on, quite honestly, uncomfortable personal growth, trying new things or getting out of our norms?
When we think about why we do what we do, there are tons of different reasons. Expectations, morals, patterns of people pleasing, comfort and whatever else. But the one I wanted to talk about today is such a powerful driving force. Almost to the point you just can’t help it. And it’s pure magic when used to your advantage.
What am I referring to? I’m talking about conviction. And how paying attention to your conviction will help you live an absolutely incredible life.
In this episode, we’re going to talk about what’s required to feel that deep conviction about something and to go for it, knees knocking the whole time. We’ll talk:
My goal is for you to walk away with the confidence that you can do the thing you’ve been putting off, that you’re scared to do. But that burns your heart and the thing you know you need to do.
This is honestly so key to creating a life that YOU feel is worth living. And when I say YOU, I mean YOU. You’re unique and there’s no one who is doing life exactly how you would at your best. I really do believe that our main job on this planet is literally to figure out what this is for each of us as individuals and move closer to living it every day. Let’s do this!

Well hello my friend - I’ve got a fun one today and depending on how you think, it might challenge you! Because why be content to look at something and take your original perspective at face value, right?
Which is what I’ve been doing lately. I’ve spent the last 6 or so months really digging in to my beliefs. Taking a look at what they currently are and deciding if I want to keep believing them. Cool, right? Very eye-opening actually.
And one of the beliefs that I’ve been rolling around is the whole concept of “finding your purpose”. We hear it all the time. And to be honest, it was something I had romanticized for a long time. That there was something out there and if I searched for long enough, hard enough, that I would figure out my purpose.
At this moment in my life, I’m not sure I believe there’s a day we “discover” our purpose. So in this episode, I’m going to share:
You ready?

And it’s with one of those sayings created that enforces a belief we’ve subscribed to for a while now. And the way it’s used these days creates an icky feeling around some things we don’t need to feel gross about. I used to use the saying all the time, but once I really thought about it - I started to realize how insidious it is.
It’s interesting how a lot of these sayings weaved in to our everyday play a part in shaping our belief system and there are way more than just this one. But today I want to dive into this one that drives me a little bit crazy.
In this episode, we’re going to talk about what this saying is that makes me cringe, along with:
My goal is for you to walk away with a new belief to try on. One that I hope will serve you by allowing you to show up fully and experience an incredibly delicious life.

It’s a little bit of a culmination of a few methods I’ve used over time and has been such a game changer for me.
So obviously I knew I had to share it with you!
When we talk about living a life of purpose and intention, there’s an element of time management that comes in - because if we’re all talk and no action, we ultimately don’t get what we want.
In this episode, we’re going to talk about the way I identify and actually do what I tell myself I want to do, including:
So today I want you to walk away with a new way to actually get results! A new way to look at the to-do list and take the power back over your time and a new experience looking back on each day with the awareness that you’ve spent your time incredibly intentionally and you did what you set out to do.

I’m so excited to have you here for this episode because, while my entrepreneurial friends are likely going to have exposure to this concept, I think it’s one of those understated things that we don’t really talk about outside entrepreneurship much that contribute a ton to our life experience, especially when we find ourselves feeling a little “off”.
This handy and simple way of becoming more aligned with yourself is something I go back to again & again myself. It’s become a bit of a check in moment that I do pretty frequently and has served me so well that I feel like I need to share.
When we talk about living a life of purpose and intention, there’s always a bit of self-exploration that comes with living this way because how can you if you don’t begin to understand who you are at your core and what you believe.
In this episode, we’re going to talk about personal core values and what that really means in practice, along with:
My goal is for you to walk away with the awareness of what your values are and how you can always come home to them. This will help you time and time again make decisions, feel true to yourself and skip out on any confusion about how you should be showing up in life. So stay tuned and let’s do this!

I had this exact moment with something that we all at face value could say we know is an important part of living an amazing life.
It’s something that every successful person will tell you, and yet, there’s something incredibly different about knowing the concept and fully understanding it in practice.
In this episode, we’re going to talk about exactly what this well known, but rarely applied to the fullest extent concept is, plus:
So if you’re looking for a way to take your life experience and amplify it to a whole new level, stay tuned — this one is going to sound simple, which is one of the reasons why it's so brilliant.
And just as promised in the episode, here are the questions to reference when you're doing the exercise I share.

The truth is - trying new things is scary. And it's so much easier to go back in the "cave" and not venture out where you're vulnerable.
But if you've ever wanted something badly enough, you probably knew that everything you desired was on the other side of taking that action and facing your fears.
It’s quite the conundrum, isn’t it? But here’s the good news. Facing your fears and going for the life you want is possible.
Sure, chances are you have to move through a healthy dose of discomfort to get to the other side. But it's always worth it.
In this episode, let's chat about the secret to getting anything you want. And how you can use your past to fuel your future.
You've got this.
