Kellogg is dropping Keebler, Famous Amos, and other notable snack brands. The food manufacturer is selling several subsidiaries to Ferrero, the Italian sweets company known for its beloved chocolate-hazelnut spread, Nutella. According to ABC News, the sale, which is expected to close in July 2019, is costing Ferrero $1.3 billion. And while to us mere mortals that may seem like a lot, the price tag is considerably less than what Kellogg originally paid 17 years prior—$2.6 billion cheaper.

On March 28, Disney announced a major policy change. Taking full effect May 1, Florida and California parks—including Disney World, Disneyland, all water parks, ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex, and Downtown Disney—will no longer allow guests to smoke. The new rule encompasses vaping, as well. "As we expand our offerings, we will continue to take steps to enhance the guest experience and make it more enjoyable for everyone who visits," a Disney spokesperson said, according to CNN.

As happens every year around this time, Walt Disney World has raised the price of park passes—this year, both for one day, one park passes and park hopper tickets.
