In this very special episode, Chris and Vik interview the one and only Representative Paul Evans! We talk all about veterans, emergency management, the importance of bipartisanship work, who we think we'll see on the Democratic primary ticket in 2028, and we even hear the lore of Monmouth's finest former mayor. Virginia was bummed she couldn't join us today, but she'll be back soon! There's a surprise at the end.

In this pod we discuss Chris' recent surgery and recovery, all the sour candy we've been eating on the campaign trail, the most recent GOP debate, and our picks for the Salem City Council and Mayor's election! We are also actively recruiting folks to run for Keizer City Council. Know anyone? Let us know!

If you need a reminder to vote, REMEMBER how we all felt the moment Trump was inaugurated for his second term. REMEMBER that we got here because we didn't reach our neighbors and earn their vote.
