Rent and housing costs in Fresno are up more than 46% since 2020, when the Biden-Harris Administration came into office. Gov. Gavin Newsom says the answer to fix this is to pass Prop 33 for rent control. Broeske & Musson don't buy it. Is the answer punishing landlords?  Or is the answer realizing that Democratic policies don't work?
