Last night The first of 2 Democrat Debates occurred with NBC Networks; Ryan shares some of the highs and lows.  Ryan then speaks with Rich Rubino to break down what the candidates had to say in the debate.  Bernie Sanders, among others, have a plan to eliminate all student loan debt as well as make college free for everyone.  Ryan talks with Dr. Michael Busler about why this may not likely work.  Ryan rounds out this hour with Kevin Killeen's latest story on increasing property values in St. Louis County.
