Seeing Amy Coney Barrett treated like a perpetrator in the interrogation room, triggered the indication that the Supreme Court nomination hearing must be underway to fill the seat most recently held by Ruth Bader Ginsberg, a woman who died while serving on the court rather than retire at the ripe age of 87 years. The three-day process was the usual attempt at “gotcha” moments after senators of the judiciary committee pontificated for seemingly ever. But none were to be had, as the intellect of Coney Barrett was simply too much for them to handle.
