Way back last year Lauren caught wind that an author was finally doing a retelling about Ipheginia. Fastforward to now.... Lauren gets into sources, character choices and things that seem totally implausible with Jenny around this pivotal moment that leads up to the Trojan War. The Death and Life of Ipheginia also turns her story from a fullstop into a semi-colon.... what if her story didn't end at Aulis?

Todays book is written for all the people who need Dionysus in their life. Lauren gets full on bacchic frenzy with Natasha Pulley as they explore The Hymn to Dionysus. Natasha hops into the Greek Myth space for the first time to share a sort of retelling of The Bacchae. She shares her views on why the legacy of Dionysus is so widespread and why people are loving him now. We dive into plot points and of course get full on spoilery in the spoiler section.
