The hangover hits harder than the monsters.
Morning comes to the cliffside village with sore heads, damaged pride, and one dwarf missing half his beard. As Aeress and Ryan quietly unpack the cost of using alcohol as a crutch, Tessa steps in to mend more than just hair, and Dug does his best to make things right with the locals.
When the elders finally call for an audience, the tone shifts. In front of a watching crowd, the party learns the truth about the ruined winter feast, the lost firefrost reserve, and the ancestral dead who wait downriver. If they want access to the Hollow and a chance to reach Brom, they will have to face what no dwarf or goliath dares to confront.
Proving themselves to this community may cost more than another reckless night.

After surviving monsters, the crew faces their greatest challenge yet...socializing.
Fresh from their escape across the tundra, tensions simmer as the party is forced to deal with the aftermath of Dug’s reckless stunt. Smole confronts his anger, Aeress seeks meaning in the whispers of her inner flame, and Reeko attempts to smooth things over with his usual charm. Meanwhile, the dwarves and goliaths seem a little too entertained by the chaos.
