This is a live class recording from my 8:00am class at the 2019 Roadless Ride to benefit Brent's Place.

I use video in most of my classes and all the videos in this class were recorded at Red Rock Amphitheater.

Every year I participate in the Roadless Ride which is a fundraiser for a Brent's Place.  This recorded class includes the playlist I'll be using for my 5:00pm class.  If you are in the Denver area on Friday October 11th please join for one of my classes.  I'll be teaching at 8:00am, 2:00pm, 3:00pm and 5:00pm.
