• The Early Postpartum, from 1 month to a year—focused on rebuilding the body’s reserves, strengthening the womb, and restoring moisture and vitality.

• And the Later Postpartum, which can be months or even years after birth, supporting circulation, energy, and emotional integration. Because it’s never too late to care for your womb.

• When it’s safe to begin steaming—whether you’ve had a vaginal birth, cesarean, tearing, or episiotomy
