Derick's short loop 3.68 km 00:27 07:13 pace
My legs were giving me trouble this morning, the cold got to them I think.
After riding all the way out there with long pants, I stripped down to short and running gear and started back out in the cold...Eventually we turned a corner and started to warm up.I think my bones were frozen for a while there at the beginning.

Derick has never been a fan of the Summer, he likes the cold and rain...I guess he is a little weird, maybe that is why we get along.
I, on the other hand, love the heat and sun, but I run year round, he doesn't...

Good run with a good friend.

Derick is going to the Nationals in Nova Scotia to represent Victoria in the Special Olympics, he is a slugger and First Baseman. We started off our run with a bit of a chat about planes with his new Landlord as we walked up their street to the Highway. This if totally raw. (zero edit) .Just the way he likes them to be.
