My mistake with the recorder meant that we didn't have the run portion of the morning.I made up a little bonus material on the way home as I was not sure what had been recorded...(5:XX)

Lunch Run
Steady 6k. of running plus 1/2k. of 'noodling' around on the farm with John's favourite sheep.

I should have checked my email before setting out...John had to cancel because of an appointment so I was in danger of riding 48k.to a run that wouldn't happen, but Derick saved the day! Derick is usually the one who bails on me for various reason.Today he was rearing to go.He loves the rain!

Running for 3 miles with Derick in Sidney, it was nice meeting Peggy and seeing Derick's dream car.

The first run for us together in ages! I delivered his new shoes for him, they seemed to work fine!

First run together in over a month, what with my trip to Toronto, and my hamstring issues,...despite this we had a good short run.

Derick has run with me and raced a few trail races at Thetis Lake when we ran with the Harriers, but this was his first official road race.He was shooting for 32:30 and I am pretty sure he smashed that.Still waiting for the 'Official' time, I told him that he could sprint the last 400mts. which he did.Well run Derick!
