Building a community is necessary when building your business. One thing about us, we’re a “member” of the Chick-fil-A community. Chick-fil-A has prided itself on being number one in customer service. As a by-product, they’ve built raging fans of their products. Can you say the same for your business?
I believe the reason why Chick-fil-A has raging fans is because they set out to answer this particular question: How can we best serve people?
