Assistant Superintendent Derrick Le, joins the boys from La Rinconada Country Club in Los Gatos, California. Derrick is only 18 years old and has his sights set on the top of this industry. Talks of autonomous mowing, sensors, drones and changing the culture of the industry flow, as this bright young man wants to see progression in the turf world.
