This week Ron deals with lousy printer firmware upgrades, a man who didn't like anything abou his phone, a lady who had no patience at all for her cable provider, a lady who didn't understand the save button, a man who was bitter about his cheap car purchase, a man who really just wanted his airline refund, someone who insisted they didn't make a complaint but got an argument anyway, a lady who had serious troubles reaching an actual human being, a man with a very grumpy wife, Ron tries to set up a couple of flirts on social media and a flight gets cancelled when the whole crew get inot a big fight.
