On April 26, 1982, Marcus Palmer left us too soon. This tribute to him has various show clips, his last day on the air before his adenoid surgery, and the day of his unfortunate passing. The show closes with a special song from Steve.

An in-studio visit from Chicago Bears great, good ol # 57 Tom Thayer, highlights today's 1996 archive show. Tom is working for Fox Chicago as an analyst. Also in-studio we have June Foray, voice of Rocket J. Squirrel and many other cartoon characters.

Steve pays tribute to Lohman & Barkley, two of his radio heroes, on this week's Descent. Growing up in LA allowed Steve to hear some of the best radio talent in the country and L&B had a great influence on his early style. This show is from WCKG in 1997.

Steve gets into ShMgun. He & Garry read a letter about a lesbo gym teacher, an article on Jerry Lewis IQ & how Carol Burnett s daughter is back on drugs. Also, fun w/Elvis and Janet is going to the doctor for the first time since being pregnant with Pat.

Steve recaps his parents 50th anniversary party in Las Vegas. The entire experience ends up a disaster. Pat Dahl wins on nickel slots, they run into some filthy beggars and his Mom decided not to come out of her room at all that night.
