That decision could fall to FCC Chair Brendan Carr, the same man who just ramped up pressure on ABC to punish Jimmy Kimmel over a monologue about Charlie Kirk. Democratic Senator Tina Smith of Minnesota joins The Weeknight to respond. Plus, Congressman Ro Khanna introduces a motion to subpoena Carr.
