Menstruation is something normal that has been hyped up as a taboo that is rarely openly talked about. Especially between men and women.  What is menstruation? What does a woman go through? How does it feel? and most importantly, how can we normalize talking about the same?

In this episode, we continued to discuss HIV and AIDS, moving on with the myths that are common in India about the same while also talking about the prevention methods. 

HIV and AIDS are issues that everyone has heard of but aren't enough aware of. The social taboos have repressed the awareness and presentation of these infections. This episode is about almost everything one needs to know about HIV and AIDS before putting prejudiced labels.

This is a small step taken by Vaiklavya, a Mental Health Organization, with the hope of untangling the taboos and stigmas of the Indian Society and to bring a small change in people's understanding of what actually Mental Health is
