In this episode I talked with Kenneth Stephens Jr, founding partner at Stephens, Reed and Armstrong PLLC. Kenneth is a very smart and experienced construction attorney and we talked about red flags when hiring a general contractor, touched briefly on the importance of contracts (we will have a whole episode dedicated to contracts coming up).
