Brian Lovin is a designer, podcaster, writer, and software tinkerer. He is currently building native mobile apps at GitHub. Before GitHub, he co-founded Spectrum, a platform for large-scale communities to have better public conversations. Spectrum was acquired by GitHub in November, 2018. Before Spectrum he designed payments experiences at Facebook, working across Facebook, Messenger, WhatsApp, and Instagram. He also co-host the Design Details Podcast, a weekly conversation about design process and culture.

Saptarshi Prakash aka "Sapta" is an engineer from the prestigious Indian Institute of Technology Madras. Martin Ringlein is a serial entrepreneur and active investor. He is currently help run, Gather, a personal financial management fintech startup. Prior, Martin was Global Head of R&D at Eventbrite, where Martin joined pre-IPO through the acquisition of his start-up, nvite, in late 2016. Martin’s first company, nclud, a research and design consultancy, was acquired by Twitter pre-IPO where he went on to become their first Design Manager, helping build and lead the R&D team. Mike discovered Improv when he lived in Chicago and started taking classes at Second City and iO (formerly improvOlympic). Improv taught Mike how to be present and more aware of the moment as well as how to listen and absorb information instead of just listening to respond.
