I encourage you to have a high vibin’ toolkit on standby so when you feel the vibe drop, you’ll instantly know what to do to lift yourself back up a notch.

Establishing a couple things that you know raise your vibe in those moments you need a pick-me-up can help you immensely. Once you feel even a little bit better, you’ll want to reach for the next feel-good thing. This pulls you upwards and helps reset your vibe.
