Episode 2 with my first guest, my very good friend Pat House! Pat is a 6/2 Manifesting Generator with Sacral authority. Pat has the archetypal Manifesting Generator channel, the 20-34, Channel of Charisma (to be honest, all comedians would be envious of this). I had fun asking about using gut instinct onstage versus getting out of the autopilot of staying in the head. We both agreed that it's easy to run to the anxiety of the mind when things get rough but pleasantly surprised when you follow your gut and it ends up being fun. I think we still both don't want to take improv.
