Welcome to the Designed to Grow podcast, my name is Austin Stahl and this episode is all about getting to know me and my background. I've always been interested in the "how" and "why" some people have achieved amazing success and at the same time passionately love their life and the people they surround themselves with.
With this podcast I am going to talk to and learn from those who have dedicated themselves to pursuing their dreams while caring for others. Many of my guests will be founders of companies and leaders in their own profession.
My intention is to provide a platform for leaders in business to share what they have learned, how they learned it, and what they are doing to continue to learn. I believe that everyone is capable of learning and that we are all Designed to Grow.
