Christal is a wife and Mother to 4 children. She has been a Registered Nurse in a small rural community since 2006 where she was born and raised. Then once she started her own family, her experiences with each child breastfeeding inspired her passion for breastfeeding. She became a Board Certified Lactation Consultant in 2019. Christal’s passion is to help Mama’s enjoy their postpartum, feeling supported and empowered, through holistic prenatal education. Tammy is a woman of many hats! She started her career as a teacher and later went back, after having two kids, to get her nursing degree. After being a RN for a few years she then decided to pursue more education to become a nurse practitioner. 

She has done a few trips, to other countries, to volunteer her time as a nurse and plans on going again in the Fall of 2022.

Emma is a self-taught photographer, certified makeup artist, published author and two-time award winning entrepreneur with one mission…to help women find the courage and comfort to be who they are.

Emma created an online community for women, Be You Uplifted, and wrote a book, Just Be You, to give women the continued self-love support they need beyond her boudoir and beauty studio.

Meet TJ Aneca! She is 45 years young, has been married for 24 years and has 6 kids that range from 22 years old to 5 years old. She has lived in Spruce Grove for about 17 years and is a woman who wears many hats. She's been a photographer for 15 years, a stay at home mom for 22 years, and was an owner of a clothing store for a few years.
