In this ep, Anna chats with the one and only Kelli Ponting. Kelli (and her fab team of creatives) developed the Brand Discovery Kit, a set of tools that lets any designer, brand specialist or marketer lead a client through a practical and interactive workshop to identify and define a brand. The kit was developed for use in her own business - The Marketing Lab - an agency specialising in the franchise industry. When fellow creatives saw, loved (and borrowed!) the kit, Brand Discovery Kit was born.Kelli holds an MBA and post-grad qualifications in branding from Columbia University.
