In this first episode I talk about different views on the art of 'nudging'. I make the point that others will seek to nudge you, but the best nudges are those you design and implement for yourself. I say this even though some of those nudges will not work out as we intend.
I argue that the best changes arises when we come across unexpected things; even ones do not work in our favour. I suggest that we can often learn better from the things that go wrong, as against the successes we generate, only to find they are often taken for granted.
