We use the AON7401 in a LOT of our designs, its a high-current power P-FET that we use for polarity-verification / voltage-switching. For example, in our RGB Matrix FeatherWing, its used to make sure we have a positive voltage going from the DC jack to the RGB Matrix. Sadly this exact part is discontinued. Lets try to find a drop-in replacement with as-good-or-better specifications!
