In this episode, Alex and Trent discuss self-directed IRA's with David. Not many people have a clue what these are or how they can be of a benefit. It was David's idea to not talk 1031 exchange the entire time and add more value by talking about something less than 20% of people know about. David Moore is a encyclopedia when it comes to exchanges or IRA's, we are beyond thankful to have him speak to our audience and share tips about these useful investment tools!

Credit isn't something to mess around with, think of it as an adult report card like back in elementary school. Credit is how you are judged when looking to have money lent to you. Trent shares his experiences of his first real estate investment. He bought a duplex with his wife, owner-occupied one unit, and rents out the other side to help offset their monthly expenses.
