Another fine week of music as Steven goes in on (and mispronounces, again) the Canadian post-black metal group Numenorean and their second album 'Adore'; limbs fly in the name of hardcore as 'A Different Shade of Blue' by Kentucky-based quintet Knocked Loose are reviewed; and finally, we return to Blighty for the extravagant mathcore mob Ithaca and their debut album 'The Language of Injury'.

Steven also discusses the bizarre upcoming collaboration featuring Ozzy Osbourne, as well as the new track from Leprous, ahead of their new album 'Pitfalls'. There's also well wishes for Swedish power metal troup Sabaton who have had an absolute shitter of a week. Here's hoping every makes a quick recovery!
