How often do we have conversations with ourselves, loved ones that are hard to swallow but really necessary? In this podcasts I bear emotions in front of the most important person in my life....myself (selfish right?). Healing starts with opening the scars

In light of current events. Depression is real and so many of us are struggling through it on different levels. Some have made drastic decisions whilst in this low. Be more compassionate and pray for one another.

Small victories are anything you accomplish that aligns with your intentions. They can be related to work, personal or professional relationships, habit changes, and or finances.
