We all want to lead a life that we are happy with but sometimes that can almost seem impossible with the lack of time and funds. So many people out in the world never get to live the life they want to until it's truly too late, so what can you do to better the quality of your life that does cost anything at all? We have to be able to spot the toxic, unhealthy relationships in our lives and handle the accordingly.

Music is something that we all learn to love from a young age no matter when or where we were raised. For some of us it is purely for enjoyment but for others it was a helping hand to get us through our darkest moments.

You know those cheesy sayings people always say like "just stop to smell the flowers", well maybe they were on to something. Life is very busy and sometimes I feel as if we are just living it way too quickly. With something as vast and curious as our world there is bound to be beauty everywhere, enjoyment everywhere we just have to take the time find it in the little things. Even at 25 years old I am still learning new things and how to navigate through this tricky game of life that I have been born into...thanks mom, but I will get there!

Is there something that you are passionate about? For me it has to be anything art related because being able to turn nothing into something is a great feeling. There are so many things out in the world for us to try so don't limit yourself. 

Hello everyone and welcome to the first episode of 2022!!! So this episode is a little different because I really wanted to give the floor to some of the most important men in my life. There has been alot of male vs female arguments going on and honestly I feel as if we are all dealing with our own struggles that are sometimes very similar. We need to do better about supporting each other so that we can live in a world where everyone feels as if they are heard and valid!! I hope that this episode helps someone out there and to all of my friends who helped me out with this one thank you so much!

we made it another year!

So my birthday just past last week and y'all being 25 is already so dingy!! This episode was all over the place but it was actually one of my favorites to record. There is a mix of updates, a mini emotional breakdown, and alot of motivational words so I hope you enjoy.

Now I wanted to make this episode because I have been on my own health journey and I has felt so good! I wanted to make sure to send a positive but realistic message out to my listeners about trying to get healthy. Every person is different thus our stories and journeys will be different as well and I'm here to let you all know that is okay! I hope this episode motivates you to get up and tackle one thing today even if its small.
