I initially blurted out the many titles that I connect with such as positive psychologist, trailblazer behind Ready To Rise, podcaster, international best selling author, wife, mum, sister and daughter. It wasn't until I was asked again "No, who really are you?" that I was lost for words. I had spent so long being defined by my labels, I actually didn't connect with the person I was underneath.

In this episode I share with you the moment my life started to unravel. Often, we are plunged into darkness and wonder why us? It's impossible to connect the dots when we look forward but in hindsight, we can always connect them looking back.

At the time, I was recovering from symphysis pubis dysfunction and soon realised, after a life defining moment, I was also suffering from post natal depression.

When I came to this realisation, I understood so much more about my life and soon turned it into a pivotal experience and a powerful journey into the world of self discovery

In this episode I share what the biggest secret of all is in life...our intuition. I had an incredible experience on Boxing Day a few years ago when my intuition spoke to me while I escaped the house to find some quiet time. Hearing the voice, answering the questions and rushing home to type it all out blew me away but I followed my intuition and knew it was right. When I sat back and looked at the screen I even questioned who wrote the words. There, staring back at me from the screen, were the plans for the Women of Contribution movement and Pay It Forward book series.
