I've said many times that it was my focus on live that has helped Levi and I communicate as much as we have. We do have to be ready to receive messages before they can come through, but I have a strategy for getting there that also builds the belief that the messages are real and being deliberately sent by your loved one on the other side. When I speak of building belief, what I really mean is overcoming disbelief. In many societies we are taught that it isn’t possible to communicate with loved ones on the other side. I know beyond any doubt that we can.

Grief is a brutal emotion that brings up a lot of other emotions. But, today I want to focus on the LOVE part of grief. If we didn’t love the person we lost, we wouldn’t feel grief at all. And, while we may focus on a number of negative emotions that are entwined with grief, our loved one on the other side is not doing that. They are living in pure love and oneness. We are eternal beings. Our lives as spirit connect us and our lives as physical beings allow us to feel separation, duality, and independence. Our loved ones on the other side are wrapped in love and know their connection to us and all things.
