Annette joins me to launch Devote December 21!

How perfect that it's on a Wednesday and its Tailboard Talk posting day.  

Devote December is an awareness and action campaign that strives to reduce fire and EMS suicide.  This year it's the same goal, but a much different look.

Each weekday, we will be giving you an option of activities to do.  Pick one, do both, do your own thing, whatever.  But we recognize the link between physical activity and mental health and we're doubling down.
