Today was a lesson for me in everything happens for a reason since the first take of this episode didn’t record. My main take away here is: The subconscious mind is a recording device, and can be rewritten with your attention to it. And normalize mindfulness, and meditation and LOVE in your life and if you have them, the daily lives of your children. Namaste!

The most unexpected experiences are often the most gratifying. Sitting at DeyOasis, on my stage that I have been resisting using, I was listening to Chris create beautiful, moving, and inspiring music on the crystal bowls, and I was compelled to hit record. I recorded the first segment last night reflecting on my day, and added a golden healing light meditation this morning. Take a moment and come into this present moment…love yourself and heal the wounds of traumas past. Release the scars from your cells with golden healing light, and embracing your journey with peace and love, ease and grace, holding yourself in compassion and healing your inner child. Namaste.

I had a lot of thoughts this morning about how just making a decision about what you want can illuminate your path. Decide, take a breath then take a step. The universe will clear the way, if you allow it.

Stay with me here as I go from cutting the grass to how it applies to a better quality of life! By doing things that make you feel GOOD - feel accomplished, empowered, capable and confident - aka Light You UP - you raise your frequency, and in that higher frequency - that’s where the magic happens. You are the magic. Own that. Be that.
