DFSR’s Doug Norrie and James Davis take to the first MLB podcast of the season for a full Friday slate. They start off talking about the pitching options which starts with Clayton Kershaw. The only real question is whether you can fade him in cash games and their answer is no, no you can’t. He’s by far the best cash game play on the slate for both sites. They also discuss other options like Noah Syndergaard, Julio Teheran against the Padres and what to make of the line movement for Trevor Bauer against the Tigers. 

Then they take a look at some teams  you can stack for cash and GPP plays. They focus in on the Twins and Royals, though admit that while these teams are in good spots neither has a ton of power in the lineup. They also break down the Blue Jays’ matchup against Wade Miley. All of this and more on a full MLB podcast.

DFSR's Doug Norrie and James Davis jump on the pod to talk a full Friday evening of baseball. From a cash perspective it sure seems like Max Scherzer is the clear play but guys like Chris Sale and Corey Kluber make for interesting GPP options on the strikeout upside. 

Then of course there's a game in Coors with a crazy implied run total and Nolan Arenado leading the charge. Other decent matchups include the Red Sox, Mets and possibly even the Dodgers.

Then on the evening slate things get a little more interesting (only by degrees) with Johnny Cueto, Rich Hill and J.A. Happ. On the offensive side of things it's the Cubs, Dodgers, Blue Jays and maybe even the Royals.

Today they take a look at pitchers like Corey Kluber, Gio Gonzalez, Jason Hammel and Luke Weaver. 

On the offense it's Bryce Harper, Dee Gordon and a game in Coors. Plus they throw out some No Halftime Challenges you can sweat today.

They discuss cash game versus GPP strategy and how to put together lineups wth so few options. The decisions today are pretty close with the Cubs and Mets coming to the top of the offensive side of things. 

For pitching it's basically Jacob deGrom and everyone else. 

And finally, they take listener email about, of all people, Michael Bourn.

In the evening it's all Corey Kluber coming in at a -300 against the Twins. Plus they talk Jason Hammel and David Phelps. On the bats side of things Toronto and the Nationals look to capitalize on good matchups. 

And finally Chris breaks down this week's PGA Deutsche Championship.
