Creativity is often associated with the arts. Yet I think, as humans, we are innately creative in many different ways. One of them is business. Business is creative. Innovation and problem-solving happen thanks to creativity.
To celebrate the 2nd anniversary of the Diamond Effect podcast, I have invited two of my clients with two very different businesses to talk about creativity.
Tune in and listen to the golden nuggets of wisdom Paola di Fonzo, owner of BallooniqueTO, and Stefanie Carroll, owner of EXCELerate Solutions, share about how creativity helps them grow their businesses and serve their clients at the highest level.

Growing a successful business is not that much of a different process from creating a song. There is a singer-songwriter, the creator of the core idea, and there is a producer, someone with different experience and perspectives to add depth to that creation, new ideas, and insights. And with the collaborative process of those parties, the result is a hit. That's how my clients double their monthly income, quit their 9-5's sooner, or have the best months/ years ever, no matter how long they've run their business.
If you want to try on a different perspective, I offer free 50mins consultations.

There are three key components of long-term success as a service-based business owner. One complements the other. When you have only one or two, building and growing a business takes longer, and it's more laborious. When you have all three serving you, you grow faster and with less challenge along the way.
CEO Mindset.
Business strategy.
Implementation (and, with it, skills mastery).
Tune in to this episode to learn more about how those components interact with each other. How to develop skills that won't have you trying to learn something you don't need or can't implement. And rather progressively build upon each other for compounded results.

"Part of courage is simple consistency." – Peggy Noonan.
I am very consistent. This podcast is proof if that's the only way you know me :).
Consistency is not something that we are born with or not. If I can do it, you can too. It's something we develop for things that are important to us.
Once you do it a few times, consistency becomes a part of your identity.
Once you think of yourself as a consistent person, it becomes much easier to add new good habits to your life that serve you.
In this episode, I'm giving you my recipe for being consistent. Ten principles I dissected out of the process of me intentionally adding any new good habit into my life.

What if it was impossible for you to be behind?
Too often, we tell ourselves we’re behind. So we feel guilty taking time off or shame over selves for not completing all we planned in a week (even though the plan was unrealistic from the beginning).
What if you’re always right where you need to be?
Indecision. Taking a very long time to make decisions. Changing your decisions as soon as someone has a different opinion on it. Those are just some symptoms of business owners not owning their decisions. This creates problems such as slower growth, confused clients and/or team members, and wasted time, energy, and money. It also chips away at your confidence.
In today's episode, I share with you the solution that will allow you confidently follow through with your decisions, create more momentum in your business and bring more joy into running it as well.
