In 2022, the MLB tested out a bunch of new rules in the minor leagues. In 2023, some of those rules have become a part of Big League baseball games. Now there are more new rules being tested in the Atlantic League (an affiliate league of the MLB), and it's possible that these rules could also be implemented in Major League Baseball.
