Dr. Moran earned her doctoral degree in Osteopathic Medicine from Midwestern University, a bachelor of arts degrees in Pre-Medicine and Psychology from Boston College. She completed her postdoctoral training in Anesthesiology and Pain Medicine at Saint Elizabeth’s Medical Center, along with a research fellowship at Massachusetts General Hospital.  She currently holds a teaching appointment and is an instructor in anesthesiology at Harvard Medical School.

About Michelle:

Michelle Balbi graduated in 1990 as a registered nurse.  Specializing in Aesthetics since 1992, Michelle is trained in Juvederm Ultra, Ultra PlusXC, Restylane, Bellafill, Voluma, Perlane, Radiesse and both Botox and Dysport. She was trained by Advanced Aesthetic Institute, with continued education on a regular basis to ensure that she has all up-to-date techniques with facial fillers.

Michelle believes in developing and maintaining excellent relationships with her clients to aid them in all their cosmetic procedures and educate them in all options available to them.  Michelle also believes each client is unique and enjoys meeting all their individual needs.Michelle is a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgery Nurses.

Getting into her roots in Jamaica, she also talks about how her Mother pushed her to excel in academics after she came to live in the US after boarding school and her path in the healthcare field that ultimately led to her passion and rise in Aesthetics.

Michelle Dyment Doran is a Board Certified Nurse Practitioner and Certified Aesthetic Nurse Specialist (CANS). She is the co-founder and clinical director of RN Esthetics. In addition, she has the distinction of being a trainer for Allergan Medical Aesthetics, a nomination given to only 200 Nurses in the country. Doran serves on the Allergan Advisory Committee and has been chosen as an Ambassador for trainings. She received her BS from The University of Massachusetts Amherst and a MS from Boston College. Ciara Dimou, founder and owner of VAIN Medi Spa is a board certified Nurse Practitioner and highly trained injector. Her compassion for all things beautiful has led her to pursue a career in facial aesthetics. Ciara graduated from Massachusetts General Hospital Institute of Health Professions in 2014 with a dual degree in Adult-Gerontology and Women’s Health. She has worked in internal medicine/women's health outpatient practices for the past seven years. She is a PCP at Lahey Health Hospital and provides primary care and preventative medicine for her patients while focusing on their overall health and wellness. Ciara opened her own med spa VAIN about three years ago which is located in downtown Andover. Ciara, a resident of Andover as well, loves the sense of community the town provides. She wears many hats and whether she is caring for her patients at VAIN or Lahey, she ensures to encompass the whole patient. Her overall goals are to help her patients look naturally rested and refreshed. Ciara will assess each patient differently. She takes into account his/her age, muscle tone, volume loss and skin texture. Ciara is conservative and honest with the patient’s safety and concerns always coming first.
