More Often, we focus on the main characters that played major roles hence forgetting about the ones who also played important roles backstage. What of the antagonists and rivals who stood against these great men? Ain’t they also heroes? Maybe not, but these stories will be incomplete without them. So the season two of this podcast, I’ll love to focus less on the main characters and more on these unseen heroes we never mention or historians forgot to write about.

Real-estate crowdfunding (also called property crowdfunding) is a way of raising money for real estate investment by reaching out to a pool of investors to contribute a small amount of money towards a project. Simply put, it is a form of raising funds that allow small real estate investors to fund big projects.

Real estate crowdfunding is also referred to us real estate peer-to-peer lending or financing of real estate projects. The process of raising money is conducted via an online crowdfunding platform (see the list). One party (the borrower) joins a platform with the aim of getting funds to start or improve a real estate project. Another party (the investor/lender) joins a platform to invest capital in exchange for high returns on the investment.

There are a lot of people in the world today with great talents and ideas could change the world. You probably may not be the next world changer but at least you can bring a solution to one of the world's problems. The problem is most people don't have a starting point. A lot of people are confused and many more are afraid. So in this episode I'm focused on dealing with the fear factor. Once we are able to get rid of fear, we can be able to go after our dreams. Keeping the right friends or team, eliminating self doubt, constant practice, advertising your skills, taking reviews etc are the few things I've discussed in this episode.

We have had entertainment shows that focus on dancing, singing, poetry and various aspects of entertainment. Don't you think it's time to become the next India? Or maybe try to be like China? Skills in finance, communication, people management, strategy management, analysis and problem solving and science and technology, that are more focused on societal development should also be given attention to. Change is constant. Crisis will always hit us whether we expect them or not. Unfortunately a lot of people ain't prepared enough for hard times.
Just as we weren't ready for Covid we may never be ready for the next crisis but when we instil good habits like proper planning, proper management of the resources we've today, adapting to and learning from crisis, and coming together no matter our racial, religious or social differences, we can be able to prepare for crisis, withstand during crisis and live our best lives after encountering crisis.

From age 1 10 15 and sometimes 18, we don't often have full control of what happens in our lives. But as we start moving out of the house and begin to face the real world there are certain opportunities we have that we must capitalize on and get certain things done before the age of 30. This is very important.
