Negative thoughts are a part of our lives just as much as positive ones. We have to acknowledge that and be okay when we are not loving all of the time.

My experience with leaving social media.

We cannot expect to grow when we have settled in outdated ways of retaining and experiencing information through life. It is through the acceptance of not knowing everything, not having every experience, and admitting that we can be wrong about topics, people and ways of attaining new information that we are truly powerful.

Having faith in the unknown can be daunting and scary at times, but can be rewarding when you learn to have trust in yourself no matter the situation.
