We played this Hackathon after we played Fritz’s investigations at Morgan’s secret dome, so we both knew what Corazon would uncover here. Thank you so much for joining us on the journey across Alpha Centauri!  I’d also like to thank our amazing players, whose calm and reasonable characters foiled many a plot.  As a GM, it’s been a delight to be part of such a character-driven narrative.

Although this marks the end of our Chronicles of Chiron Genesys campaign, over the next several weeks we’ll be sharing some additional adventures from this setting that we played after Cleve’s and Mariah’s ended, some using other RPG systems. I learned the term Umwelt from the book An Immense World by Ed Yong. If you have any interest at all in how creatures perceive their world (including humans), I heartily recommend it. There are chapters on the five senses you already know about, but also ones on heat, vibrations, pain, magnetic fields, electric fields, and more. Did you know humans can learn echolocation? It’s a brilliant book.
