On today's episode, Sinead is joined by Richard ("Dickie") Waygood.

Dickie was appointed World Class Performance Manager to the senior British dressage team in 2010 and led the team to great success including team gold at the 2012 London Olympics and team silver at the 2016 Rio Olympics.

From there, Dickie was appointed Performance Manager to the senior British eventing team. His successes with the eventing team include team gold at the 2017 European Championships, team gold at the 2018 World Equestrian Games, team silver at the 2019 European Championships, team gold at the 2020 Tokyo Olympics, and team gold at the 2021 European Championships.
