Ever just have one of those days where nothing goes right...yeah me too. Those are the days where you treat yourself extra kind. You deserve that.

This week has been eye opening but very emotional. This episode is a little different but the message is still the same.

When starting something new we automatically start thinking about all the ways we can suck at it... I'm definitely still guilty sometimes. Speaking positively was something that i had to learn how to do.

The time is now. If what you have been doing is not working, start having a plan B. Start building a different life. You can rewrite the pages at any time. Never forget that!

Your past doesn't determine your future. You can rewrite your book at anytime.

Choosing inner peace over revenge. Sometimes being the bigger person is the way to go..

Boundaries are necessary for growth. So give more than you take but know your limits.
