The Browns are back at training camp and practiced for the first time on Wednesday. It marks the real start to the team's four-man quarterback competition and it was mostly status quo during the first practice.

Mary Kay Cabot, Ashley Bastock and Dan Labbe recapped the opening practice of training camp on Wednesday's Orange and Brown Talk podcast.

They started by talking about what they saw from the four quarterbacks, especially the two rookies.

Then they talked about the vibes around practice. The Browns are promising a more physical, competitive camp and they discussed if they are already seeing signs.
