The Cleveland Browns brass has been on the move a ton lately. Friday front office members and owner Jimmy Haslam were at Penn State's pro day after having dinner with Abdul Carter and his family the evening before. Head Coach was in Oxford Mississippi to attend Jakson Dart's pro day after a private workout with the Ole Miss quarterback. It feels an awful lot like Carter is the pick at two and then drafting a quarterback later in round one or at the top of round two.

Cleveland Browns draft target Abdul Carter will not be working out at his pro day on March 28th at Penn State University. Sighting the shoulder injury that he was dealing with during the NCAA playoffs.
